my room was VERY light at night because the curtains are thin. a cold draught came from the window. the corridor smelled a bit like smoke.

The staff was helpful. The bar remained open until late! the room had enough space, and the beds felt comfortable. i appreciated having parking right outside with available spaces. this made coming and going very easy.

the staff were lovely. i also liked that the room was clean.
i had issues with the breakfast i paid for. when i arrived at the time breakfast was supposed to start, no one was around. also, the hot water wasn't turned on, so i got a refund and went elsewhere. the room itself was also cold because the heater wasn't adequate and the wi-fi didn't reach my room!

The staff was friendly. Breakfast had a good cooked option. Beds were very comfortable. I also appreciated the clean room.
In my room, I found the bathroom was a bit dated. There were a few broken tiles. the bin was also broken. I think attention to repairs and replacements would improve the stay.

The staff was helpful. Checking in was easy. the beds were comfortable. i enjoyed the convenient location and the friendly service.
the room was quite old fashioned and i found only one socket. it was behind a bedside cabinet! made it hard to use the kettle.

The room (24) suited me perfectly. It was super clean and had a comfy bed. i think the shower was great. the staff, rachel, emma, ian, and lewis, were amazing. chris, the chef, makes good food, and the bar is good for meeting people and laughing.

the hotel is ideally located near family and shopping venues. i was able to get to the football ground and then only a few minutes from my meeting the next morning. this location is a great little find.

the family rooms all overlook the courtyard. the room included a shower. i stayed in the family room. i have no complaints about the room provided to us, as it was up to standard.
